We deliver fun corporate team building activities, exercises and related events, corporate entertainment and corporate hospitality. Our activities are designed to promote team work, team bonding, leadership skills and performance as well as providing a fun team activity that staff, clients and delegates can enjoy.

We can provide small team activities to address the needs of a group of 5 people, up to major events for more than 100 delegates. All of our team building events are tailored to fit the time you have available, your budget and your aims - from serious team work, to pure fun. We’ll find the best team building activities for you!

Outdoor teambuilding events are ideal for all levels of team development.  Whether it’s just a chance to get out side in the sun, away from the workplace to relax and connect with your colleagues, or an event to encourage networking and interaction.

Tasks that require team members to communicate effectively in order to work efficiently as a team and complete each task. Each task lasts for approximately 30 minutes.

​

Through our Military Style Team Building sessions we reinforce positivity and a ‘can do attitude’ within groups. Learning how to speak to each other confidently can break many personal boundaries whilst reinforcing confidence and self worth. Simple tasks such as helping their team move from A to B can help develop and nurture a more expressional personality and create success which helps to bond teams, in this case classes together.

Frame Challenge

1. Brief your team

​

a. Aim 

You as a team have to construct a safe platform so that one team member can walk safely between platforms. You are only allowed to use the equipment below

​

b. Limitations

No team member is allowed to touch the ground between the platforms.

No equipment is allowed to touch the ground between platforms

Platforms are not to be moved

Ensure the knots in the ropes are tied tight and secure

Do not sacrifice safety for speed

​

C. Time 

You are allocated 45 minute to complete the task. Use the time wisely.

An outdoor team building event is just what you need to let your teams relax, unwind, and have some fun! With the right set of outdoor team bonding activities, outdoor team building events can be the ideal way to bond with colleagues, while having some real fun.

Typically a group is divided into teams and several of these tasks are chosen to make a half day or full day event.

Each team rotates around each challenge in turn and we usually look to incorporate some light hearted competition

Command Tasks are tasks that require team members to communicate effectively in order to work efficiently as a team and complete each task.
